Course Curriculum — Step by Step
Phase 1: Foundation (Month 1)
Tajweed assessment and correction before memorization begins. Teachers ensure your pronunciation is accurate — memorizing with wrong Tajweed creates habits that are very difficult to correct later. Establish your daily memorization target (typically half a page to one page per day depending on age and capacity). Begin memorization from Juz Amma (30th Para) for beginners, or from the student's chosen starting point.
Phase 2: Active Memorization (Ongoing)
Daily new memorization (Sabaq) — teacher listens and corrects. Recent revision (Sabqi) — review of last 7 days' memorization at the start of each class. Introduction of audio listening techniques — listening to recitation by master reciters to reinforce memory. Monthly milestone assessments to track retention strength.
Phase 3: Long-Term Revision (Manzil)
As memorized pages grow, structured Manzil revision is added — reviewing older portions daily to prevent forgetting. Teachers design a customized revision schedule based on your total memorized amount. This phase continues throughout the entire memorization journey and is the most critical for achieving strong, lasting Hifz.
Phase 4: Completion and Ijazah (For Full Quran Students)
Full recitation review of all 30 Juz with teacher. Detailed Tajweed correction during final review. Ijazah chain — upon successful completion, students receive a certificate with an unbroken chain of transmission back to the Prophet (PBUH). This is the highest recognition in Quranic scholarship.
Who Should Join This Course?

Frequently Asked Questions
Can adults memorize the Quran online?
Yes. Many adults successfully memorize the Quran with the right teacher and consistent daily practice. Adults often have stronger focus and discipline than children, which compensates for the slightly slower memorization pace. Our online format is ideal for adults because classes fit around work and family schedules.
How long does it take to memorize the full Quran?
With daily sessions, most dedicated students complete full Quran memorization in 2–4 years. Students who take 5 sessions per week typically finish faster. Memorizing selected Juz or Surahs can be completed in weeks to months depending on the amount.
What if I forget what I memorized?
Forgetting is natural and expected — this is why our course includes systematic Manzil revision from the very beginning. Your teacher will build a revision schedule alongside new memorization so that nothing is permanently lost. The key is consistency: daily revision is more important than daily new memorization.
How many pages should I memorize per day?
This depends on your age and capacity. Children typically memorize half a page to one page per day. Adults new to Hifz often start with a quarter page and gradually increase. Your teacher will assess your natural memorization pace in the first few sessions and set appropriate daily targets.
Do I need a physical Quran for the online classes?
Yes. We recommend having a physical Mushaf (Quran) — specifically the Medina or Indo-Pak print — as memorization is closely tied to visual memory of the page layout. Your teacher will guide you on which edition to use in your first class.
